How Ski Butlers Works

Delivery: Ski Butlers will deliver all your rental equipment straight to your door. During the fitting, they bring a range of boot sizes to ensure a comfortable fit, eliminating the need for trips to the rental shop. They offer delivery seven days a week from 7am to 8pm.

Support: Ski Butlers will meet you to switch out any equipment you like throughout your rental period. Simply give them a call and they will meet you within 45 minutes at any of the 4 mountains or back at their accommodation. For guests skiing at Buttermilk or Highlands, Ski Butlers offer a support service and can meet the guest at the base of any of the 4 mountains, at lunch or back at the hotel.

Pickup: At the end of your rental, Ski Butlers will return to your accommodation to pick up all the equipment. You do not need to be present for the pickup, adding extra convenience as you prepare for departure.

Communication: Ski Butlers keeps you informed with clear, timely updates, so you’ll always know what to expect throughout the rental process, making your ski vacation more flexible and stress-free.
