Join Nicole Lindstrom, founder of GLDMND, in the Albright Pavilion for a two-hour journey through the heart — weaving together cacao, breathwork, movement, meditation and journal processing. Nicole will guide everyone through the inner realms of reflection and introspection, centering us within our own felt experiences of heart wisdom and authentic truth. From this heightened state of connection, we will set clear intentions for moving forward in our lives with heart-centered expression and grace.
Please bring a yoga mat, journal & pen, and your own mug if you’d like, or some will be available.
